Period X Graduation Ceremony 2015-2016

Related to the Period IX Graduation Academic Year 2015/2016, hereby we announce the followings:

1. Graduation Ceremony will be held on May 14, 2016 in Samantha Krida Building.
2. participants who cannot attend the graduation ceremony may attend the next graduation ceremony, and should pay the fee for the graduation ceremony accordingly.
3. Rehearsal for the graduation ceremony will be held on May 13 , 2016 at 15.00 WIB in Samantha Krida Building.
4. Faculties may take the graduation invitations from May 11, 2016 after 13.00 WIB, bringing proof of graduation payment.
5. Students may take the invitation in their respective Faculties after the faculties take the invitations from Rectorate.
6. Graduation Ceremony payment can be paid through BNI 46 to the account of Rektor Universitas Brawijaya No 0039649406.
7. Head of Sub Unit of Academic or Head of Sub Unit of Student Affairs have to:
   1. Examine the ceremony participants’ photo in SIUDA application
   2. Submit the lists of the best graduates, graduates who retake the ceremony, graduates from foreign students and double degree graduates (if there’s any) to BAAK at the very least on May 9, 2016.

Graduation book for Period X Graduation, Academic Year 2015-2016 can be downloaded in SIUDA Application.
